Federal, State and Regional Greenhouse Gas Issue Tracking:

Issue tracking of developments at the federal, state and regional levels:

1. Federal Greenhouse Gas Programs: includes the Congress, the White House, U.S. EPA and other federal agencies including the Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, the Federal Trade Commission and the Commodities Futures Trade Commission.
2. Regional Greenhouse Gas Cap and Trade Programs: includes the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), the Western Climate Initiative (WCI), and the Midwestern Regional Greenhouse Gas Reduction Accord (MRGGRA).
3. State Greenhouse Gas Programs: includes the states actively pursuing greenhouse gas regulatory programs: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
